COVID 19
It’s time for Grundy County to TEAM UP against COVID-19. The COVID-19 vaccine is our best shot at reaching herd immunity and protecting our communities. All Grundy County residents age 6 months and older are eligible for the vaccine.

The Grundy County Vaccine Incentive Program
This program was offered during August and September, 2021, for those Grundy County residents, 18 years and older, who had received their COVID-19 vaccination. The program was available through grant funding procured through a Disease Prevention Grant. Rules and Q&A information are available in PDF's below. Winners were drawn weekly for a $250 prize, as well as a final prize drawing of $500. Congratulations to all of our winners, and to all the residents who are TEAMING UP against COVID-19!
