Notice to the Citizens of Grundy County
Residents of the rural (unincorporated) areas of Grundy County, as well as, the incorporated cities of Beaman, Conrad, Holland and Wellsburg may bring their solid waste to the Custom Convenience Center.
Residents from the cities of Dike, Grundy Center, Morrison, Reinbeck, and Stout must bring their solid waste to the Black Hawk County Landfill.
All residents within Grundy County may bring their recyclables to the Convenience Center at no charge. Please see the recycling section on this site for what is acceptable. All residents within Grundy County may bring appliances and tires to the Convenience Center for a fee.
We reserve the right to refuse loads from dump trailers based on available space. Grundy County residents with dump trailers need to call a head to be sure there is available space to dump refuse.
